Account Deletion
You can delete your Kidlio account and its personal data at any time.
Delete from within the app
You can delete your account from within the app via Settings > Delete Account.
Request by email
If you can't access the app, email us from the address registered to your account at contact@brainytech.net with the subject 'Account deletion request'; we'll process your request within 30 days at the latest.
What happens to your data?
Personal data of deleted accounts (name, email, child information) is irreversibly anonymized. Payment/invoice records subject to legal retention obligations are stripped of personal information and kept for the period required by applicable legislation.
